"We were involved in an accident in April, when our vehicle was totalled: luckily, we were not responsible for the accident. Shelly Wynn and her agents have helped us work through all the claim issues and have patiently walked me through any concerns or questions on how to proceed with our claims. Roni has been one of the people I've spoken to on a number of the calls and is always able to give me guidance and suggestions how to move forward. We have been with this group for many years and have always been impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and pleasant interactions.
